Four old friends run into each other at a Los Angeles hospital, where Dr. Joanna is treating Jason (David Arquette), who shot himself, and Harry (Jonathan Silverman), who suffered a beating by his masseuse's husband. Meanwhile, Sherman (Greg Germann) hijacks a bakery truck after his wife leaves him and cleans him out.
