Debut: The personal and professional travails of two young New York cops (Derek Cecil, Mark Ruffalo) are followed as they deal with life in Manhattan's Lower East Side. In the opener, they respond to a public-lewdness complaint and a suicide; and struggle through their respective relationship problems.
