Premise: A sexy lawyer joins a Compton, Cal., firm run by the retired founder's bickering sons. Indeed, Wilma Cuthbert's beauty and brains were about all Maxey Sparks and his button-downed sib Greg could agree on. Ed. Weinberger (`The Cosby Show,' `Taxi') was one of the executive producers.
