Premise: Offbeat sitcom in which an L.A. cop becomes the peace officer in an Arizona hamlet governed by an eccentric mayor. Crimes include the mysterious disfigurement of townsfolk's pets and the bizarre deaths of elderly citizens, found beneath fallen cacti.
