Premise: Twin teen brothers live with their restaurateur dad in the posh California beachfront town, where the boys seek sun, fun and surf. Created by `Saved by the Bell' producer Peter Engel, this sitcom has more of the same high-school high jinks (e.g., fast-cash schemes) and more issue-oriented plots.
