Premise: `Happy Days' spin-off about Joanie Cunningham and her boyfriend Chachi Arcola, who moved to Chicago and started a rock band, often performing at his family's Italian restaurant. The show was a success at first, then faded quickly when it went up against the new fall series of 1982.
