Premise: Jeff Foxworthy's Southern-fried stand-up routine resulted in yet another comic-as-sitcom-star show inspired by the success of `Seinfeld.' After a weak first season on ABC, the series moved to NBC (and the setting shifted from Indiana to Georgia), with many cast changes. No one leaves much of an impression, except for the youngster who plays his son Matt: Haley Joel Osment.
