“Self-Esteem: Building Strength” looks at ways teens can deal with such issues as body image, peer pressure, bullying and school stress. Youngsters around the country are interviewed, as are Tiffany Milbrett of the U.S. national women's soccer team and Cincinnati psychologist Ann Kearney-Cooke, who says: “As we build strength---both physical and mental---that's when we begin to feel good about ourselves.”
