Episode Detail: Evening at Pops - Evening at Pops

Filmmaker Stanley Donen joins Boston Pops laureate conductor John Williams in a tribute to Hollywood musicals. The evening also features a salute to the Olympics. Music includes Williams' "Summon the Heroes" (written for the 1996 Olympic games); and selections from films "Singin' in the Rain" and "Anchors Aweigh."
