Premise: Rachel Blanchard steps into Alicia Silverstone's high heels as clueless but trendy Cher Horowitz in this sprightly teen comedy based on the 1995 film (which was loosely drawn from Jane Austen's `Emma'). The sitcom debuted in 1996 on ABC and moved to UPN the following year.
