The slaying of Tracey Bagwell, a caseworker for the Florida Department of Children and Families, is recalled. Bagwell was stabbed to death in 2001 while sitting in her car in a church parking lot. One of the victim's coworkers, Candice Fiore, was a suspect in the case; she later drowned after she was questioned by police.
