The prosecutorial strategies and possible defenses that might be used if Osama Bin Laden was to be tried for the Sept. 11th attacks on World Trade Center and the Pentagon are detailed by host Catherine Crier, Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz and Eric Holder Jr., a former U.S. Deputy Attorney General. Also included: interviews with ABC News reporters Brian Ross and John Miller, both of whom have done extensive research on Bin Laden and his terrorist activities.
