Premise: A group of friends seeks adventure through extreme sports in this animated series produced by Klasky Csupo (the team behind `Rugrats'). `Power' centers on an older group of kids, including brainy Sam Dullard; rash group leader Otto Rocket; his levelheaded big sister, Reggie; and the reckless Twister Rodriguez.
