Episode Detail: Tween Town - Proud Family
Al Roker (who provides his own voice) mysteriously appears and jumps off the TV screen to grant Penny's wish for a world without adults after she's punished for lying. With no grown-ups in sight, Penny proclaims to her friends that they're living in “a world of the children, by the children and for the children....We can do anything we want.” But that's not much consolation for babies BeBe and CeCe, who miss their mommy and daddy.
