A report on a WWII dogfight over Guadalcanal between Japan's Saburo Sakai and Navy pilot James Southerland. Sakai downed Southerland's plane, but the American bailed out successfully. Included: a trip to Guadalcanal, where Southerland's plane was recovered; and comments from crash investigator Ralph Wetterhahn.
