Episode Detail: Cry Baby Pookie; Wait for Me - Higglytown Heroes

Kip's baby sister Pookie starts out having an unhappy first birthday because she is teething, but then the pediatrician offers some helpful suggestions to ease her discomfort and soon she's in the partying spirit. Later, the kids are invited to a fancy French restaurant where a kind waiter helps them order from the menu.
