The story of 19-year-old heiress Patty Hearst, who was kidnapped in 1974 by the Symbionese Liberation Army. “Indoctrinated” by the group, she changed her name to “Tania” and took part in a bank robbery. After a shootout with police in which members of the SLA were killed, she went underground until September 1975, when she was arrested. For her part in the bank robbery, she was sentenced to seven years---but President Carter commuted her sentence after two. Featured interviews include Walter Cronkite, attorney F.
