Premise: Singer Amy Grant travels the country to help make dreams come true for `deserving people' in this feel-good reality series. With the help of a designer and two telegenic carpenters from TLC home-improvement shows, Grant seeks out people in need and grants wishes big and small, from giving new homes to soldiers returning from war to giving a little girl a puppy.
