Part 1 of two. A murder probe pits the FBI vs. Kolchak, who won't reveal a source he used for a story on a drug lord's slaying. The case may even be linked to the death of Kolchak's wife, an unsolved killing that a dogged FBI agent still believes that the reporter committed.
