So, at long last, Celia's city-council election story line dovetails in the general direction of Nancy's blossoming bud biz. Yes, I'm peeved that it came at the expense of Doug's title as "Councilman Doug," but there was small solace in the fact that it came down to a matter of three votes -- and Doug wasn't even on the ballot!
