Premise: Workplace humor drives this sitcom that centers on a blonde bombshell hired to work in a bookstore by its co-owner, a straitlaced divorcé who finds himself both irked with and beguiled by his seductive new employee. The main draw here is Pamela Anderson, who appeals to the desired 18-49 male demographic. The comedy abounds in double entendres and unfolds, like `Cheers,' at a place where everybody knows your name.
