Series host Diana Rigg stars in “The Mrs. Bradley Mysteries: Speedy Death,” a droll whodunit set on a 1920s English country estate. Rigg plays Adelia Bradley, a jaded divorcée who dabbles in sleuthing. That becomes necessary when explorer Everard Mountjoy is found dead in a bathtub just as a party celebrating his betrothal to Eleanor Bing (Emma Fielding) is getting under way. Of course, there's a houseful of upper-class supects, and adding to the intrigue is the fact that Everard “isn't all he seems to be,” as the police inspector puts it. “He wasn't a he at all.” George Moody: Neil Dudgeon.
