“PBS Showcase” offers a 1999 filmed version of Andrew Lloyd Webber's “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.” It stars Donny Osmond as Jacob's favorite son, whose jealous brothers sell him into slavery in Egypt after his father (Richard Attenborough) gives him a dazzling “coat of many colors.” Potiphar's wife: Joan Collins. Osmond also hosts the program, which includes an interview with Lloyd Webber and excerpts from his “Jesus Christ, Superstar” and “Whistle Down the Wind.”
