All that anticipation built up from last week to see the huge game-changing twist and we still have no answers. Well, we do know that the campus will be closing, and the dorms, kitchen, and gym will be off-limits, but now what?It was really touching how building self-confidence seemed to be the running theme tonight. I think it's amazing that the trainers not only teach a healthy lifestyle but also push their contestants to believe in themselves so they can make that change. I mean, anyone can tell you that eating fast food every day isn't going to help you lose weight, but when an overweight person with low self-esteem is forced to say "I'm worth it" over and over, it hits home much harder. That's something that can be applied to anything you want in life: Just believe you can do it, right?
