A big congratulations to everyone on the black team who felt so rejected last week and came back strong by losing the most weight of the week. Jillian looked so excited she was about to burst, and her team certainly deserved that win after those crazy workouts she put them through! It was fantastic seeing the blue and red teams' reactions when they saw the black team waiting in the weigh-in room, although I have to wonder if Bob and Kim really didn't know about that twist. Bob seemed genuinely excited and surprised when he picked up Jillian for a hug, but I just question how "real" reality shows are done. Regardless, it's fun to watch all three teams compete face-to-face now, and it should be interesting to see how the challenges will play out. Who knew it would take 8,000 jumping jacks to burn off a pint of ice cream? And that a 22-ounce milkshake had more calories than a double bacon cheeseburger?
