Episode Detail: Sex Talk - What About Joan
Joan (Joan Cusack) wants to discuss “everything” with Jake (Kyle Chandler) to clear the air for their “perfect relationship.” The first topic, religion, is a breeze. Then comes sex, which is not a breeze. Meanwhile, Joan's psychiatrist friend Ruby (Donny Murphy) decides to do a favor for their mutual friend Betsy (Jessica Hecht). She'll engage Betsy's noncommittal boyfriend Mark (Wallace Langham) in furtive therapy in hopes of getting him to commit.
