Premise: The first 'Law & Order' spin-off ('L&O: Criminal Intent' followed) focuses on sex crimes. Richard Belzer brought his character from 'Homicide: Life on the Street,' Det. John Munch, to the show after the cancellation of the Baltimore-based series.
