The father of Kenny's friend Victor is getting married, and Mary's handling the arrangements. But there's one “eensy” problem: the bride wants to wed immediately. Actually, there's another problem as well: Victor (Kyle Brent Gibson) detests his stepmom-to-be. Meanwhile, Meghan is intrigued by a transfer student (Scott Vickaryous); Mitch clashes with the new city project engineer (Kelly Rutherford) assigned to his firehouse rehab; and Cam has his eye on the daughter (Simi) of Victor's very rich---and very overprotective---uncle (Castulo Guerra).
