Eileen wins a seat in the U.S. Senate, so the Stevenses are going to settle down in Washington, D.C., but first they must say goodbye to neighbors and friends. To help Ruby and Monique deal with her moving away, Ren decides to find them a new best friend. Also: Louis makes a video confessing his true feelings for Tawny; Steve leaves his job on really bad terms; and Donnie breaks the news to a grief-stricken Coach Tugnut (Jim Wise).
