Premise: A hunky country doctor from Montana moves to New York City to practice medicine at a large HMO, where he impresses patients with his homespun charm but clashes with the administration's rigid set of rules. The series ended with Clint Cassidy finally proposing to his longtime girlfriend, nurse Nancy Nichol.
