Episode Detail: To Tell the Truth - American Dreams

Nick Lachey (Tom Jones) and Charlotte Martin (Petula Clark) are the guest impersonators in an episode in which Meg defies her father by continuing to see Drew (Sam Page), while Henry struggles to tell Jack about his business opportunity---just three blocks away from Pryor Electronics. Elsewhere, Roxanne is reluctant to tell Meg that she's seeing Luke (Jamie Elman); a young female French photographer (Clara Bellar) follows JJ's unit on a mission; and Will, still on crutches, begins his paper route (with Meg at the wheel).

Premise: A nostalgia-drenched show about 1960s life for a Philadelphia family, frequently featuring cameos by current entertainers portraying singers and other figures of the period. Daughter Meg's a regular dancer on `American Bandstand.' This isn't a surprise, considering that Dick Clark is one of the series' executive producers.
