Ty Murray got an eyeful of a microphone pack — and then blood.
The Dancing with the Stars contestant and seven-time rodeo champ was hit in the eye with partner Chelsie Hightower's mic pack during rehearsals Wednesday, but he says the injury's not serious or new to him for that matter.
"It was bleeding for a little while and is slightly black and blue but I kept ice on it," Murray tells People. "It's not a big deal to me because in bull riding you see that from time to time, but I guess people aren't used to seeing a little blood in the ballroom."
The two were rehearsal a group routine with Dancing's remaining couples. Pro Derek Hough says Murray was fine after the mishap and didn't want people to worry about him.
Murray is the show's seventh injured contestant this season. But maybe it was payback for him pulling out Hightower's hair?
