Cheers to Martin Mull and Fred Willard for being everywhere.
They made their names as talk-show hosts Barth Gimble and Jerry Hubbard on the '70s classic Fernwood 2-Night and pre-Prop 8 life partners Leon and Scott on Roseanne. Separately, they've become two of TV's busiest and most reliable character actors.
Mull recently played a dangerous quack on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Paula Marshall's repressed dad on Gary Unmarried, while Willard appeared as magician The Great Hermann on Pushing Daisies and Kyle Bornheimer's boorish dad on Worst Week. Isn't it about time somebody gave these two a show together again?
