Hilary plays Morgan Jefferies, a mysterious young woman who may be involved in the death of a man who literally fell victim to a freak accident. Melinda (the beautiful Jennifer Love Hewitt) and Eli (Jamie Kennedy) help a ghost settle his unfinished business with Morgan, while Jim (David Conrad) faces the very real dilemma of trying to return to his old life, only to discover that it's going to be a long road ahead as he tries to reconcile being Jim Clancy in mind and soul, but in a body known to the outside world as Sam Lucas.
