For those of you who voted for couple No. 3, thank you for helping Lacey and I make it to the next week of Dancing with the Stars. For those of you who voted for other couples, thank you for supporting the show.
Stepping on to the stage for our premiere dance reminded me of how I felt when I was about to jump out of a plane for the first time (I've done two tandem free-falls from 12,000 ft.). It was a surreal mixture of terror and utter joy. My blood was pumping so hard in my head it was difficult for me to hear the band.
Deep breath, exhale, smile.
We began our cha-cha in sync and with energy. We had an immediate connection with the audience. All was going well until the beginning of the last third of our routine, when, for whatever reason, I blanked out.
Yes, I totally forgot ...

We are so excited that the Season 5 Premiere of Ghost Whisperer is finally here! In celebration, Ghost Whisperer is launching our largest interactive project to date with the music video "Ghost Magic" featuring Keaton Simons' popular song "Without Your Skin." The video uses various symbols related to the spirit world and the show that appear in the video as magic tricks performed by the ghost magician. Additionally, viewers can reveal hidden ghostly surprises that are also interactive components of the ghost magic story. We hope you'll check it out and let us know what you think! Special thanks to our friends at GMC Acadia for making this video possible!
We want you to be a part of Melinda and Jim's special delivery day! At the moment in the season premiere when the newborn is ...

Aloha!
I'm Mark Dacascos.
For the "foodies" out there, you may know me as "The Chairman" of the Food Network show, Iron Chef America.
If you're a fan of action movies, perhaps you've seen me in a French film with Monica Belucci titled, Brotherhood of the Wolf, or fighting against Jet Li in Cradle 2 the Grave. I've also starred in the Capoeira film, Only the Strong, the martial arts movie, Drive, and the TV series, The Crow: Stairway to Heaven.
If none of those shows sound familiar, no worries. Maybe the next one will: Dancing with the Stars.
I am one of the very fortunate people to have been invited to be a contestant on DWTS. I am ecstatic, and grateful. I'm also very, very ...

Here we go!
We've made it to final episode for Season 4 we kick off Season 5. Believe it or not, we're still putting finishing touches on our premiere episode, but should have it all locked up at the beginning of next week. Yikes!
In our season premiere, you will be personally introduced to Melinda and Jim's new baby at the moment the baby is put into Melinda's arms. At that moment, Melinda and Jim will send, online, to all their Ghost Whisperer friends, a customized baby announcement with fabulous photos and details about their precious new gift. To receive this ...

What would you do to save a 50-inch HD plasma TV from falling 55 feet onto a bed of 6-foot tall steel spikes? Not to mention that the TV is being blasted by flamethrowers until the rope it's hanging from breaks, causing the fall? Start coming up with some ideas, because that's this week's challenge on Catch It Keep It, where three builders race the clock to build something that can stop their prize from being completely annihilated.

Hi everyone,
Hope everyone is doing well and having a fun pre-Emmy week like I am. The Emmys are almost here!!!!!!!!!! Have you all chosen your dress to wear at home? It doesn't have to be quite as glamorous as the ones we wear when we walk the Red Carpet, but why not make a day of it? Invite your friends over and get dressed up! Put on the lashes, the tanning cream, the heels (well, forget the heels, you don't need to wear them), get your hair done and then grab a container of popcorn and join Chris and me as we take you right into the excitement that is the EMMYS!
I always think it's more fun when you have someone to turn to and say...

I want to start this blog with a little homage to Patrick Swayze. I know a lot has been written and said since his death Monday afternoon. I will just add this, Point Break, Roadhouse... thanks Patrick.
I wasn't sure how the TVGuide.com blog thing would work, but I love that you can leave your comments below. I agree with those of you that love Jon Cryer and, yes, the duck man will always live on. Jon really is a great guy, and you might be surprised to find that he's a pretty darn good athlete. I did the Malibu Triathlon with him last year, and he whipped my butt.
As for the few of you that took the time to say you don't enjoy red carpet shows, I say this to you...

I'm very excited it's Emmy week, but I do have to admit I have a little hitch in my giddy-up (sorry for the Texas slang). Sunday, I took part in the Nautica Malibu Triathlon, so as long as I don't have to run up the red carpet this week I'm good. A quick thanks to all my friends on team Disney and a big thanks to all those that raised money for Children's Hospital. This has become one of my favorite events of the year and I'm already looking forward to next year.
Now it's time to get to work on the 61st Primetime Emmy Awards. I can't tell you how happy...
