As Once Upon a Time heads towards its midseason finale, TVGuide.com decided it's time for our 10th Lightning Round with the brain trust behind ABC's fairy-tale drama, executive producers Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis.
Lightning Round 9: Once Upon a Time bosses answer your burning questions
We grabbed your fan questions off Twitter and hit up Horowitz and Kitsis for a quick round of scoop, in which the producers had the option to answer, "Yes," "No" or "Can't Answer." Some of their answers, and possible non-answers, are pretty telling, so check them out below:
Judging from Sunday's Comic-Con panel for the fifth season of Community, it will be the comedy's most bombastic.
Reinstated showrunner Dan Harmon arrived on stage with great fanfare in a homemade Iron Man costume, which had to be removed with the help of cast members Jim Rash and Danny Pudi. Riffing on Iron Man alter ego Tony Stark's penchant for arrogant oration, Harmon launched into a speech that would have humbled the fictional billionaire playboy inventor. Here are highlights of the speech, which also addressed his absence from the show last year and his triumphant return:
What will Abed do?!
Donald Glover, who plays Abed's BFF Troy Barnes on Community, will not be returning full-time for the comedy's upcoming fifth season, Vulture reports.
According to the site, Glover's reps have made a...
As a twentysomething liberal arts grad, it's pretty much a pre-requisite to love post-modernism. The more meta something is, the better. So needless to say, I've been a huge fan of Community since the beginning (my massive crush on Donald Glover might have helped a little too). But then somewhere in the middle of Season 3, I felt my passion waning. When I first tried to share my concerns, fellow fans shunned me, acting as though I wasn't smart or hip enough to get it.
Then Dan Harmon was fired.
Joel McHale, Jim Rash
The Hunger Deans. Paintball. Blanket and pillow forts. When it comes to Community, no competition is off-limits.
Therefore, we present to you the Community Abs-Off between Greendale's humble Dean Pelton (Jim Rash) and the not-so-humble Jeff Winger (Joel McHale). Let's look at the contestants:
Community cast at Paley Festival
Six seasons and a movie. That's Community's rallying cry, hashtag and goal, but for now it's only a reality in Abed's Dreamatorium.
But even if the NBC comedy were to end after its current fourth season, star Yvette Nicole Brown isn't mourning. "Four years is great! We made it to syndication, we got to meet all of you guys," she told fans at Tuesday's Paley Festival honoring Community. "As an actor, it's hard to have friends -- who are more talented than you, more beautiful than you or whatever -- that aren't working ... We're in the gravy years of our careers and the gravy years of this show. So if we get to continue another year, it would be an awesome blessing... but remember that whatever happens in May ... we did it together and that's a great thing."
With the Greendale Seven entering senior year, the future of the study group is as ambiguous as Dean Pelton's sexuality. In fact, even the Community cast can't agree regarding the gang's future!
Joel McHale and Chevy Chase
Collars, corsets and a sex swing — oh my!
On Thursday's special Halloween episode of Community (8/7c on NBC), Shirley (Yvette Nicole Brown) gives herself quite a scare when the group finally gets invited to Pierce's (Chevy Chase) mansion. In this exclusive sneak peek, she and Troy (Donald Glover) stumble upon Pierce's...
Gillian Jacobs, Chevy Chase
In news that should shock pretty much no one, Chevy Chase is leaving Community, TVGuide.com has confirmed.
Chase, who played millionaire Pierce Hawthorne since the show's premiere in 2009, has amicably parted ways with the show effective...
NBC announced a new midseason schedule Tuesday, including Community's much-awaited return and the premieres of three new series.
