Some men are born to tilt with danger. Two such young men are self-made American millionaire Danny Wilde and the aristocratic, wealthy English Lord Brett Sinclair. They have become close friends, despite their totally different backgrounds. They don't seek danger. Danger seeks them. When Brett, a motor-racing enthusiast, decides to enter a race with his newly-built racing machine, all manor of strange things begin to happen. An attempt is made on his life, there's an arson attempt on his car and an intruder is found in his London home. Danny and Brett soon uncover a gang who have been plotting to fix the race but all is not quite as it first seems... On solving the mystery, Brett and Danny head to Brighton to relax. At one of the local casinos, Danny does particularly well at the roulette table, but it soon transpires that it was a fix and a case of mistaken identity. Our heroes find themselves at the famed Cannes Film Festival to help foil a plot to murder a former American union boss cum government witness, Kyle Sander. Suspects include the beautiful Marissa and boyfriend, who have a few surprises in store. Lord Sinclair and Danny then travel to Switzerland, where they have to help an elderly Duchess protect her jewels by finding proof of past marriage to a prince. watch
