Dancing With the Stars' New Moves in Season 16

How do you shake up a show going into its 16th season? By giving it contemporary flair.

For the season premiere of Dancing With the Stars, three of the 12 new celebrity hoofers — gold medal figure skater Dorothy Hamill, General Hospital's Ingo Rademacher, and the Disney Channel's Zendaya — were assigned the contemporary genre for their first dance, instead of the usual cha cha, waltz or fox trot.

Meet Dancing With the Stars' New Cast

Will it be two times the fun on the 16th season of ABC's Dancing With the Stars, which begins March 18? Producers are trying to make up for the lackluster ratings of last season's All Stars by spiking the cast (announced Feb. 26 on Good Morning America) with a double dose of Olympians, country stars and comedians.

The big names include ice-skating legend Dorothy Hamill, 56; singer Wynonna Judd, 48; and... read more

Keck's Exclusives: General Hospital Golden Anniversary Plans Revealed

Though April 1 marks General Hospital's actual 50th anniversary, the show's executive producer, Frank Valentini, and head writer Ron Carlivati, have been honoring the show's rich history ever since taking over the ABC soap opera one year ago this week. Their efforts have paid off in spades — with a serious rise in ratings and multiple award nominations. With old favorites like Finola Hughes (Anna), Ian Buchanan (Duke), Tristan Rogers (Scorpio), Kristina Wagner (Felicia), Lynn Herring (Lucy) and Robin Mattson (Heather) already back on the canvas, and Genie Francis (Laura) and Jon Lindstrom (Kevin) soon making their way back to Port Charles, what else could possibly be left for fans to look forward to as the actual anniversary date approaches? Turns out plenty. Valentini opens up about all he's cooking up to celebrate GH's golden jubilee this spring... read more

Dancing's Melissa Rycroft on Her Big Win: I Think We Earned It

Maybe Melissa Rycroft should keep setting the bar low. The Bachelor alum, who finished third on Season 8 of Dancing with the Stars, just wanted to make it to Week 4 of All-Stars with Tony Dovolani. But she exceeded all of her — and arguably everyone's — expectations by taking home the Mirrorball trophy and overcoming season-long front-runners Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough in the process. "Honestly, I don't think anyone predicted us to win," Rycroft tells TVGuide.com. "We wanted to win, but we certainly didn't expect to. I'm still in shock." See what else Rycroft has to say about her big win below. Plus: Where will she put the Mirrorball?

Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars Finale: Who Will Win?

Shawn Johnson has been the favorite to win Dancing with the Stars: All-Stars since the cast was announced, but is she going to run away with her second Mirrorball trophy? While 44 percent of TVGuide.com voters picked the Olympic gold medalist for the win, her Season 8 co-star Melissa Rycroft is nipping at her heels with 37 percent, while Season 1 champ Kelly Monaco nabbed 19 percent.

Check out the sexiest outfits from Dancing's All-Stars season

The three will face off in the show's first all-female finale on Monday and Tuesday with three dances: a supersized freestyle, a favorite routine from the season and an Instant Dance. But before they do, let's size them up.
