Janet Jackson has decided to throw her hat into the reality-TV ring, developing a new show with 25/7 Productions for MTV. The show will search YMCAs, churches, community centers and other atypical places to find the next Janet Jackson, Justin Timberlake or Usher — basically someone who has an amazing voice and can also bust some serious moves. He may have been on TRL to promote his new album, but instead, Usher utilized his air-time to go on a bitter tirade calling out all his haters. It all started when the artist addressed a rumor that he and his wife split, so he set the record straight that it wasn't true.
