Jessica Simpson has given birth to a baby girl.
"Eric and I are elated to announce the birth of our baby girl, Maxwell Drew Johnson," Simpson wrote on her website. "We are so grateful for all of the love, support and prayers we have received. This has been the greatest experience of our lives!!"
Maxwell Drew was born in Los Angeles on Tuesday morning, weighing in at 9 pounds, 13 ounces. According to the Us Weekly, Maxwell's middle name is after Simpson's mother's maiden name.

NFL quarterback Tony Romo and girlfriend Candice Crawford got hitched at Arlington Hall in Dallas, Texas on Saturday evening, People reports.
Over 600 guests were invited to the nuptials including Crawford's older brother -- Gossip Girl's Chace Crawford -- many of Romo's teammates and Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, who received special permission to attend the ceremony during the leagues' ongoing labor dispute.
