Ted Williams, the 53-year-old former homeless man with the golden voice, is heading to rehab after having a one-on-one with Dr. Phil, the psychologist said in a statement.
"If Ted is ever going to get better, he's got to be honest with himself and admit he's addicted to drugs and alcohol," the statement said.
