What can you tell us about the new season of Girls? — Leona
Elijah (Andrew Rannells), Hannah's complicated roommate, will resurface with a new boyfriend in tow. Pal (ironic name alert!) is played by Buffy alum Danny Strong — who's also an Emmy winner for writing HBO's Sarah Palin movie Game Change — and he sounds like a handful. "I don't know if Hannah's a fan," Strong says. "I don't know if any of Elijah's friends are fans of Pal."

Did you get any juicy Scandal scoop when you were on set? — Laura
NATALIE: Olivia Pope might be the First Mistress, but it's her co-workers who will bear the brunt of that revelation in the season premiere. "It makes it hard because they go from being people who manage other people's crises to people who have to manage their own crisis in a big way," Kerry Washington tells me. "When Olivia herself is at the center of it, it really challenges everybody. It's hard for them to figure out what their roles are. If she's the client, how can she be the boss? Who gets to make the rules?"

Neil Patrick Harris
"This just in: No one in America is winning their Emmy office pool," quipped Neil Patrick Harris toward the end of Sunday's Emmy show, not long after The Colbert Report broke The Daily Show's 10-year winning streak as best variety series, The Voice took the reality-competition prize from The Amazing Race and The Newsroom's Jeff Daniels upset a crowded field of best-actor nominees, remarking, "Well, crap!" while chewing gum.
Charlie McDermott, Patricia Heaton
On this final night of the official broadcast season, let's focus on the good times, shall we? Two of TV's finest comedies, ABC's underappreciated The Middle and the much-honored Modern Family, go out with a flourish, and perhaps a sniffle or two, as the Heck and Dunphy/Pritchett clans experience life-changing and/or affirming ceremonies likely to strike home for many viewers.
Modern Family will find surprising comedy during a family tragedy in Wednesday's season finale.
In the season-ender (9/8c on ABC), Phil (Ty Burrell) learns that his mother has died, leading the entire Pritchett-Dunphy clan to head to Florida to say goodbye. "We're...

Sofia Vergara and Ed O'Neill
That wasn't a fake-out in Modern Family's season finale: Gloria really is pregnant, and Jay really will be a father once again.
When the Emmy-winning comedy returns Wednesday (9/8c on ABC), Gloria (Sofia Vergara) and Jay Jay (Ed O'Neill) will reveal the big news to the Dunphy-Pritchett clan. In a moment of symmetry, the Dunphys will be dealing with the loss of one of their children, as Haley (Sarah Hyland) departs for college. To get the scoop on the new season, TVGuide.com talks to series co-creator Steve Levitan, who also clears up the recent Romney jab...
