Now that Will Smith is remaking The Karate Kid, he's seeking out the advice of Mr. Wax On himself, Ralph Macchio.
"I was somewhat expecting a call based on the fact that he's one of the biggest stars on the planet, but one the nicest guys at that power level you'll ever meet," Macchio told TVGuide.com about the phone call he received from Smith a couple weeks back. "We spoke about a bunch of stuff, mainly how he came from the perspective of respect and admiration for the original film, and how he wants to find his own angle in."

Will Miley Cyrus be going up against Will Smith in a dance-off at Sunday's Teen Choice Awards? The pop star, who's also hosting the awards, has been engaged in an ongoing, YouTube-fueled dance battle with her best pal, Mandy Jiroux, against actor-dancer Adam Sevani and his Step Up 2 director, Jon M.
