Sienna Miller is speaking out about her personal life being hacked.
"It's had a huge impact on relationships, friendships, career ... that feeling of violation, it was bad for me," she said on the Today show Thursday.
News of the World, owned by Rupert Murdoch, was recently discovered engaging in illegal phone-tapping of celebrities, politicians, and relatives of victims in the London bombings. In July, Murdoch and his son testified that he did not know about the paper's illegal eavesdropping; they closed the paper as a result of the scandal.

Despite a denial from Pittsburgh's least-favorite person, the New York Daily News' Rush & Malloy column is standing by its reportage that Sienna Miller and Hayden Christensen actually had sex on camera for the Edie Sedgwick biopic Factory Girl, in theaters today. "We freeze-framed the movie's hot spots (as rigorous journalism demands)," says the Friday column, "and there's no question Sienna and Hayden are deep into their roles." Since the News' first account hit print, Miller (when asked in front of her folks, mind you) refuted the tale, her publicist pegged it as "not true at all," and a spokesperson for the studio deemed it "ridiculous."
