I was glad we got to learn the bottom two tonight, but was shocked that it was down to Priscilla and Adam not Marissa and Adam. Sadly, the goof factor of this show is now gone and Adam won't be riding unicycles in a Zorro costume anymore. At least not in the ballroom! Since getting rid of Marissa wasn't an option, I was hoping Adam would stay over Priscilla. Obviously, she is way better than him but I get a lot more enjoyment out of his performances than I do hers. Also, I think Julianne is so adorable. Well, at least they got the encore dance this evening so they were able to perform together one last time.I loved how the show started with Sheryl Crow singing "All I Wanna Do". She looked great. Now that's how you rock a performance in HD after 40. She may be doing a little botox, but she doesn't look like plastic. I could be wrong though and she could just have great skin. I don't mind that the professionals dance during the musical performances, but I also thought it took away fro...

Considering everything is in repeats for holiday and/or strike reasons, now may be a good time to venture over to Bravo and delve into the ridiculously soapy lives of these obscenely wealthy women and their fams. Question: My roommate and I have a dinner riding on this bet. I believe that one of the singers in the "Give a Little Bit" Gap commercial was Lou Reed. She disagrees. Do you know who the artists were? I realize that this isn't quite up your alley — you know all things broadcast television-wise — but do you know about the commercials?
Answer: Y'know, Fan, normally I'd be my cranky self and take you to task for doubting my knowledge of all things television, then move on to mocking you for implying that commercials somehow exist apart from broadcast TV and for missing all the ad-related questions I've answered in this space in the past. But I lived in Manhattan for 13 years, so I'll go easy on a fellow New Yorker.
Do you really think my hero Lou Reed, the gritty, Velvet Underground-founding poster child for rebellion, would go all corporate toadie on me and shill for Gap? For shame! (Well, there

Lance Armstrong has experienced plenty of tough times, from surviving cancer to completing and winning six consecutive Tours de France.
But his endurance, and his ability to focus on cycling, are now being put to the test — by the tabloids. As he prepares for his final ride in the Tour next month, the supercyclist is trying to outrun a published rumor that his relationship with Grammy-winning girlfriend Sheryl Crow has reached the finish line.
Armstrong adamantly denied the rumor in a recent phone call from his hometown of Austin, Tex. "Sheryl and I were in the car yesterday when somebody called us about the story," he says. "It is completely untrue."
Armstrong, 33, met Crow, 43, at a Las Vegas charity event in 2003 and says he's "mad about her. She is a great woman. We are very similar, and of course it is a challenge sometimes to work things through, but she is a true blessing in my life. I have found happiness the second time around." (Ar
