Oh, how the Lost producers love to toy with us. With only eight episodes to go, we've been introduced to yet another new character: Sheila Kelley's Zoe. Why is she on the island? Kelley tells TVGuide.com that Zoe is searching for someone, and that she may actually hold some answers. Plus: What can we expect from the finale? It's all about the alignments, she says. Got any Lost scoop? — Paul
MICKEY: The fifteenth episode of the season, airing May 11, will be Jacob/Man in Black-centric, but don't expect it to follow the same pattern as the season's other episodes. In other news, when Sheila Kelley, who plays Zoe, told us her character is a geophysicist who works for Charles Widmore, we wondered: Does/Did Zoe know Daniel Faraday? "She does not... yet. So far she doesn't know him, but you never know what they're going to throw at you." Well, we did know that.

ADAM: I wouldn't put a whole lot of money on any sort of reconciliation...
If you're wondering why Lost would introduce yet another new character with just a few episodes remaining, don't take your complaints to Sheila Kelley: The actress says her character, Zoe, will prove to be highly important to the island and the show. She also talked about whether she's as evil as her boss, Charles Widmore (Alan Dale), and whether her plans on the island go beyond doing his bidding. Needless to say, spoiler alert...
On Tuesday's Sawyer-centric episode of Lost, UnLocke is sending The Talented Mr. Ford on a mission. From what we've heard, it involves lots of dead bodies and the introduction of a new character — this late in the game? — named Zoe (Sheila Kelley). Other notable guest stars in this hour include: Rebecca Mader, who plays the doomed Charlotte; Neil Hopkins, who plays Charlie's brother Liam; and Jodi Lyn O'Keefe (Prison Break), who plays another new character named Ava. An interesting mix, no?
I'll post a full recap later. In the meantime, please use this space to post your thoughts on "Recon."
