In a tentative ruling Tuesday, a judge rejected Stone's request to have her 8-year-old son move to L.A. to be with her — largely due to what has been deemed the actress' "overreaction" to Roan's medical issues. Among several cases cited in a court document (obtained by E! Online), Stone suggested that Roan receive Botox injections in his feet to combat foot odor.
