Fringe, Breaking Bad
There's no laugh like an unexpected laugh. But this week was filled with them, as such unlikely sources as unhappy employees, CSPAN, and a debate about the Fourth Amendment provided doses of mordant comedy. Of course, we also got our usual, predictably solid joy from Cougar Town and a celebrity sing-along — plus a shockingly poignant moment from... The Hills? We can hardly believe it ourselves. Welcome to Top Moments: Ode to Joy Edition.

Sharon Stone never suggested botox injections as a form of treatment for her 8-year-old son's foot odor, her attorney said in a statement."Sharon Stone never made this statement. It is a complete fabrication," Martin Singer told People. The denial refutes a judge's claim in court papers, regarding her custody dispute, that the actress has an "overreaction" to Roan's medical issues. On Tuesday, the judge, citing several court filings, tentatively rejected Stone's motion to move her son to Los Angeles, where she lives, from ex-husband Phil Bronstein's San Francisco home. Bronstein currently has custody of Roan, and Stone is allowed visitations on weekends and holidays."Although the court denied Sharon's request to modify the custody arrangement already in place, Sharon will maintain the same custody arrangement and visitation that she's had with her child for the past several years and still has joint legal and physical custody of her son," Singer said. "Sharon loves her son Roan and o...

Botox could be freezing relations between Sharon Stone and her son, Roan. In a tentative ruling Tuesday, a judge rejected Stone's request to have her 8-year-old son move to L.A. to be with her largely due to what has been deemed the actress' "overreaction" to Roan's medical issues. Among several cases cited in a court document (obtained by E! Online), Stone suggested that Roan receive Botox injections in his feet to combat foot odor. Roan currently resides in the Northern California home of his father, Phil Bronstein."As Father appropriately noted," the judge wrote, "the simple and common sense approach of making sure Roan wore socks with his shoes and used foot deodorant corrected the odor problem without the need for any invasive procedure on this young child."Other issues for Stone that the court cited included a lack of overall parental involvement and availability in Roan's life. Does the court's tentative ruling seem fair? Anna DimondFind out what Sharon Stone's ...
