Stephen gets funky with Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings.
When it comes to inspiration, Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings look to a good meal to fill their souls. No matter what town these road warriors pull into, their first priority is to hit up one of their favorite spots for a meat inspired feast. Whether it's duck breast in Paris, lamb shanks in Berlin or pulled pork in Bastrop, Texas, these carnivores love filling up on delectable local dishes. Restaurants, however, are not the only places the band looks forward to eating on the road. Legend has it that if the night is long enough and the mood is just right, the Dap-Kings can swing by Sharon's hotel room for a late night treat. Usually armed only with a kitchenette, she has been known to serve up succulent steaks and sides for her adoring band. In honor of their late snacks, Sam will be cooking up Sharon Steaks and the Dap Rings (Coffee Onion Rings). To compliment the Steaks, Sam will be whipping up Jones' Martinis. Sharon Jones & The Dap-Kings perform their hit songs "100 Days, 100 Nights" & "When I Come Home."
