Shakira is showing off her famous mid-region (and some leg) in a new video for her single, "She Wolf" off her album Beware of the She Wolf.
Rather than just shaking and gyrating her hips, Shakira isn't shy about contorting her body in a cage and showing off her isolation moves. Donning a flesh-toned body suit and black spandex with massive cutouts helps up the sexy factor quite a bit as well.

It's no secret to anyone now that my exposure to contemporary music is limited to VH1's Jump Start and Top 20 Countdown, which I watch at the gym on weekend morns. South Park's Wednesday-night Season 10 premiere, featuring the horrific demise of Chef, drew 3.5 million total viewers, making it the series' highest-rated season debut since 2002.... Per the New York Post, Gong Show creator and Confessions of a Dangerous Mind author Chuck Barris is shopping around a book about a reality series in which a contestant can either win $100 million — or be executed. This was the first Saturday Night Live (or for me "Sunday Afternoon Recorded") this season that I watched in its entirety without having to fast-forward through the more painful sketches (though I did skip most of Shakira shaking her groove thing). For this I have to credit Alec Baldwin and his previous 11 experiences hosting, which clearly made him more relaxed in front of the camera and willing to do anything from sharing a Slim Jim with Horatio Sanz to marrying a hot dog to playing a prospector in "Brokeback Goldmine." The voice-over description cracked me up: "Dare to let the whiskers of two old prospectors touch you in a special way."
