As previously reported, VH1 is bringing back Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew for a second season of exploiting chronicling the struggles celebs face while detoxing in a treatment facility. But this time around, there's one huge reason to watch: Gary Busey.Busey, whose wild antics have been well-documented (most recently his crazed behavior on the red carpet at the 2008 Academy Awards), is remarkably not one of the celebs in for treatment. Though unconfirmed by VH1, Page Six hears that Sean Stewart, son of singer Rod Stewart, will undergo Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew.The second season of the series, in which Dr. Drew Pinsky helps celebs beat substance abuse and other issues, starts production this month.Young Stewart has had his share of run-ins with the dark side. Denied access to a party over the weekend, Sons of Hollywood golden boy Sean Stewart began throwing crap at a car in which a married couple were presumably laughing their butts off (at least until the missus was cut by broken glass).
